__Greek Mythology-Gods, Goddesses, Heroes, Monsters__

Part of my sixth grade Language Arts curriculum involves teaching mythology from cultures around the world. We often focus most of our lesson on the Greek culture since these are the most widely known stories.

The students will research a god, goddess, hero, or monster from Greek mythology.

They will read the myths, legends, folk tales, or fables about their character. Next they will write a summary of their story and do a character sketch.

I would like my students to share their presentations on their Greek mythological characters with one or more classes.

We can set it up as a Trivia Show or skit with a Q & A at the end.
